The Day the Conclave was Called

(4 April 2006 - RV) It was exactly one year ago that the man who would become Pope Benedict XVI convened the College of Cardinals for the first of 12 General Congregations at the Vatican, in preparation for the conclave that would see him elected to the See of Peter.
