A Believer on the Bench

(12 September 2005 - RV) The confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee John Roberts has begun in the U.S. However, several senators have raised questions about the Catholic faith of Judge Roberts, wondering whether or not it will interfere with his job. Catholic civil rights groups are protesting this as religious discrimination.
