(27 June 2005 - RV) Canada's same-sex marriage bill begins its third-reading debate
in parliament today. Gay marriage is already legal in eight of Canada's ten provinces,
but the bill would grant the right for couples of the same sex to marry nationwide. The
opposition Conservative party is against the bill, and has been trying to bring down
