Germany Says Yes to the European Constitution

(27 May - RV) The German parliament has ratified the European Constituion, becoming the ninth member state to pass the charter.
But ahead of a French referendum on the document this Sunday, COMECE, the commission of bishops conferences for the european community, say that a swing towards a no vote in many member states, is a result of poor political campaigning.
