E.U. and Russia move towards closer ties

(10 May 2005 - RV) European Union and Russian ministers meeting for their 15th Summit have moved towards greater economic and political integration. Mosnignor Noel Treanor is the Secretary-General of the Commission of the Bishops' Conferences of the European Union. He says that while these political and economic agreements are important, cultura integration is vital.
