(10 May 2005 - RV) The U.S. foundation Together for Peace has awarded its highest
accolade to the Jesuit Refugee Service, for the extraordinary work they carry out
on behalf of the worlds most poorest people. The formal presentation of the award
took place in Rome and was accepted by Fr Luis Magrinia on behalf of the organisation. The
J.R.S. is present on the ground in more than 40 nations, many affected by severe poverty
