The Cardinals and the Pope

One of the Cardinals attending the meeting with Pope Benedict on Friday morning was the Archbishop of Philadelphia, Cardinal Justin Rigali.
He was also present on the balcony of Saint Peter's Basilica when the new Pope made his first appearance to the faithful.
Cardinal Rigali told Vatican Radio about the relationship of the Cardinals with the new Pope, and about the importance of their presence at his presentation on Tuesday night.
