Pope makes Rome parish visit

(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis is this evening presiding over the celebration of Holy Mass at the parish of San Pier Damiani on the southern outskirts of Rome.

The Pope is making a Sunday visit to the parish where he earlier confessed four penitents, met with young people at the local Sports Center and answered their questions.

He also greeted the sick, the neo-catechumenal community and the poor assisted by Caritas.
