(Vatican Radio) The United State Vice-President Joe Biden visited the Vatican on Friday, and met with Vatican Secretary for Relations with States, Archbishop Paul Gallagher.
According to a communiqué issued by the White House, the two men discussed efforts to conclude an ambitious agreement on climate change in Paris this December, the effort to degrade and defeat ISIL, countering violent extremism, the current migration crisis in Europe, and other global issues.
The U.S. Vice-President also on Friday met with the Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
