Vatican Weekend for November 7, 2015

(Vatican Radio) Vatican Weekend for November 7, 2015 features a report on the weekly general audience of Pope Francis with pilgrims from across the world. This is followed by a couple of interviews focusing on Vatican II, fifty years on. The first is from our archive and is with the late Cardinal Leo Joseph Suenens and the second is with Australian Sister Trish Madigan, who's on the leadership team of the Dominican sisters. In the second part of the programme you can listen to scripture scholar Archbishop of Brisbane, Mark Benedict Coleridge tell the story of Sara, one of the great ladies from our family tree of faith. In the final segment in this half hour of the programme we share a conversation  with our popular 'Latin Lover', Carmelite Father Reginald Foster centred around Pliny the elder and his Letter relating to  Christians.
