Pope Francis on the family and married life
The Vatican is currently hosting a very important meeting convened by Pope Francis – the III Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops on the family and marriage. 253 participants from around the world are gathered in the synod, Oct. 5-19, discussing the theme, “Pastoral challenges to the family in the context of evangelization.
