耶稣教导我们不要耻于碰触人的困苦，不要耻于碰触祂在困苦中的弟兄姐妹。（《福音的喜乐》270号）

Gesù ci insegna a non vergognarci di toccare la miseria umana, di toccare la sua carne nei fratelli che soffrono. (EG 270)

Jesus teaches us to not be ashamed of touching human misery, of touching his flesh in our brothers and sisters who suffer. (EG 270)

Iesus monet nos ne miserias aliorum horreamus contingere; suam nempe in fratribus tangere carnem. (EG 270)
