സമിതിയ്ക്ക് (Council for Economy) പാപ്പാ അന്തിമരൂപം നല്കിയെന്ന്, പരിശുദ്ധ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്‍റെ വക്താവ് ഫാദര്‍ ഫ്രെദറിക്കോ ലൊമ്പാര്‍ഡി അറിയിച്ചു.
