The Best Of Jazz
We have an assortment of jazz today (March 1st) on our play list for Melodies
& Memories Saturday feature “The Strange and The Extraordinary”. “Bowing, Bowing”
is a Charlie Parker composition interpreted by French virtuoso violinists, Jean-Luc
Ponty and Stéphane Grappelli; while “Keyhole Blues” was put to wax in 1927 by Louis
Armstrong and His Hot Seven. Swing clarinettist, Pete Fountain is represented with
his take on the Dixieland classic “South Rampart Street Parade”. Please join us at
