Pope’s tweet reminds Christians of the joy of Christmas

December 27, 2013 - Pope Francis on Monday wished Christians around the world that the joy of the Gospel reign in their hearts, as they mark the birthday of Jesus. “May the joy of the Gospel be always in our hearts, especially this Christmas,” the Pope wished on his Twitter account @pontifex. The Pope who is often seen smiling when meeting people, has been insisting in several homilies and speeches that sad Christians with long faces are not true Christians. The 77-year old Argentine Pontiff has a following of over 11million on his Twitter account which is in 9 language editions.
