Pope tweets: am I absorbed in my own concerns?

Vatican City, 17 September 2013: Pope Francis once again reiterated the need for taking care of one’s neighbours, especially those who are in the periphery. In a twitter message published on Tuesday, the Pontiff wrote on his Twitter handle @pontifex:: There are many people in need in today’s world. Am I self-absorbed in my own concerns or am I aware of those who need help?
Pope’s concern for the poor is well known and he never misses an opportunity to focus this concern in his interactions.
The Pope now has more than 8 million followers on his Twitter account @Pontifex. The Pope’s English-language handle alone has over 2.8 million followers. The papal tweets are published in nine languages on the micro-blogging website.Source: VR Sedoc
