Tokyo celebrates victory in 2020 Olympic bid
(Vatican Radio) The International Olympic Committee has awarded the summer games in
2020 to Tokyo, rejecting final bids from Madrid and Istanbul. Campaigners for Tokyo stressed the city's efficiency, despite continuing uncertainty over the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
