上主藉着圣经并在我们的祈祷中向我们说话。让我们学会在祂面前保持安静，默想福音。

Il Signore ci parla attraversi la Sacra Scrittura, nella preghiera. Impariamo a rimanere in silenzio davanti a Lui, a meditare il Vangelo.

The Lord speaks to us through the Scriptures and in our prayer. Let us learn to keep silence before him, as we meditate upon the Gospel.

Sacras loquitur nobiscum precantibus Dominus per scripturarum litteras. Ante Illum ergo consistere discamus taciti Evangeliumque perpendere.
