Pope Francis to lead the Corpus Christi Procession

Vatican City, 28 May 2013: Pope Francis will celebrate solemn Mass on May 30 at Rome’s Basilica of St. John Lateran on the occasion of the Solemnity of the body and blood of Christ, revealed a Vatican communique on Monday. Following the Mass he will preside over the Eucharistic procession along Via Merulana, to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the communique added.
