ותיקן: ועדת הכס הקדוש-ישראל נפגשה בירושלים

(רדיו ותיקן) הועדה הקבועה המשותפת של מדינת ישראל והכס הקדוש ערכה סבב שיחות נוסף כחלק מהמשא ומתן על הסכם היסוד בין הצדדים. הועדה נפגשה ביום שלישי ופרסמה את ההצהרה הבאה:

"הועדה הקבועה המשותפת של מדינת ישראל והכס הקדוש נפגשה היום, ה-29 בינואר 2013, בירושלים, באסיפה כללית (Plenary level), על מנת להמשיך במשא ומתן בהתאם להסכם היסוד, סעיף 10, פסקה 2.

הישיבה נוהלה על ידי סגן שר החוץ וחה"כ הישראלי מר דני איילון והמונסניור אטורה בלסטררו, סגן השר ליחסי הכס הקדוש עם מדינות העולם.

משלחת הכס הקדוש הודתה לסגן השר איילון על תרומתו למשא ומתן ואיחלה לו הצלחה בהמשך דרכו.

המשא ומתן התנהל באווירה מתחשבת וקונסטרוקטיבית. הועדה ציינה כי התקדמות משמעותית נעשתה וכי היא מצפה לסיום מהיר של ההסכם [הכוונה לסיום המו"מ וחתימה א.י.].

הצדדים הסכימו על צעדים נוספים ועל כך שיקיימו את הפגישה הבאה של הועדה בהרכבה המלא ביוני 2013 במדינת הותיקן.
