Theme for 47^th World Day of Social Communications announced

January 19, 2013: Vatican announced the theme of the 47^th World Day of Social Communications on Friday.
Pope Benedict XVI has chosen for this year the theme "Social Networks: the gates of truth and faith, new spaces of evangelization."

A press conference will be held on 24^th January in the John Paul II Hall of the Holy See Press Office at Vatican’s, to present the Message of the Holy Father. Archbishop Claudio Maria Celli, president of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications and Monsignor Paul Tighe, secretary of the Pontifical Council, will be present at the Press conference, a Vatican communique revealed.
