Catholic charity and new global ethics


(Vatican Radio) The Pontifical Council Cor Unum, the charitable arm of the Holy See, has been holding its plenary assembly this past week, culminating in an audience with Pope Benedict on Saturday.

Among those attending the three day meeting was James Cavnar, president of the Florida based charity Cross Catholic Outreach which works on aid and development projects in 42 different countries .
