Sistine : separating land from water

(Vatican Radio) Our Professor of Fine Arts, Breda Ennis brings us a sound picture of Michelangelo's depiction of God the Father separating land from water.

One of the many frescoes this artist was commissioned to paint by Pope Julius II on the central ceiling vault of the Sistine Chapel.

And unveiled on the eve of All Saints five centuries ago this year...
