Pope appoints Cardinal Rosales of Manila as his special envoy to FABC plenary Assembly

October 13, 2012: Pope Benedict XVI has appointed Em. Cardinal Gaudencio B. Rosales, Archbishop Emeritus of Manila, as his special envoy to the X Plenary Assembly of the Federation of Asian Bishops' Conferences (FABC), to be held in Vietnam. The Assembly will be held at the Pastoral Center of the Diocese of Xuan Lȏc, from 19 to 25 November 2012. The closing ceremony of the Assembly will take place in the Cathedral in Ho Chi Minh City
