(Vatican Radio) A Japanese vice-foreign minister is to hold talks in Beijing Tuesday,
after China on Monday again sent patrol ships into what Japan considers its waters,
and China's customs service reportedly started holding up Japanese products -- like
car parts -- at at least three Chinese ports. Beijing is also cancelling official
bilateral events, like a planned ceremony marking 40 years of diplomatic ties between
Tokyo and Beijing. China's foreign ministry says Japan is to blame. Listen to our
