Society of Mary holds General Chapter
(Vatican Radio) The Society of Mary, as the Marianist fathers and brothers are collectively
known, holds its General Chapter here in Rome from July 3rd to 23rd,
focusing on ways for the order to work more closely together in countries across the
world. A total of 40 delegates will be attending the meeting which comes one year
after the Society celebrated the 250th anniversary of the birth of its
