Archbishop Franco on Israel-Holy See negotiations

(Vatican Radio) The Holy See’s representative to Israel and Palestine, Archbishop Antonio Franco is preparing to retire from his position after attending last week’s meeting of ROACO, the Reunion of Organisations for Aid to the Oriental Churches.
