Farewelling the patriot bishop

The funeral Mass for the long-serving bishop of Rumbek, South Sudan, Casear Mazzolari will be held Thursday. The president of the Sudan Catholic Bishops’ Conference, Cardinal Gabriel Zubeir Wako of Khartoum remembers bishop Mazzolari as a loving and generous pastor whose genuine patriotism and true holiness is an example for Christian pastors and faithful everywhere. The Auxiliary Bishop of Khartoum, Daniel Adwok brought condolences to Rumbek from Cardinal Wako, the Apostolic Nuncio in Sudan and the whole Church in Sudan. Listen
