Another Australian state hit by floods

In Australia, the state of Victoria is facing rising floodwaters, as the country's continuing flood crisis threatened to deliver another region its worst flooding in a century.

Residents of the southern state are waiting to see if they suffer as much as those hit by floods in the last weeks in the north-eastern state of Queensland.

So far, more than 3,500 people have evacuated their homes in Victoria.

The flooding in Queensland left a vast territory underwater and caused at least 30 deaths, with 12 people are still missing.
