(December, 14,2 2010) Pope Benedict XVI will make a three day trip to Germany from
22 to 25 September 2011, visiting three important cities, namely Berlin, Fribourg
and Erfut. The dates of the Papal visit were confirmed on Tuesday morning by the
German Episcopal Conference. Their announcement completes the schedule of the Pope’s
foreign trips outside Italy in 2011. Much earlier, the Vatican had annouced that
the Pontiff will make a two day visit June 4 and 5 to Croatia. The following month,
August 18 to 21, the Pope will visit Spain for World Youth Day, and finally visit
Benin in West Africa from 18 to 20 November.
