Cardinal Napier on role of SECAM for Africa

(31 July 10 - RV) The plenary assembly of the Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar – or SECAM --  is continuing in Accra, Ghana. Cardinal Wilfrid Napier is the archbishop of Durban in South Africa. He spoke with us about the role of SECAM for the continent.
