Preventing Disease in Earthquake Devastated Haiti

(RV - 29 July 2010) More than 6 months on from the devastating earthquake that struck Haiti, aid organisations continue to help the thousands of people affected.

The World Health Organisation is co-ordinating the health response in partnership with Haiti’s government.

We spoke to WHO disaster information specialist, Sam Vigersky, who told us more about their efforts to prevent disease.
