(26 July 10 - RV) A U.N.-backed war crimes tribunal today sentenced the former Khmer
Rouge chief jailer to 35 years in prison _ the first verdict involving a leader of
the regime that destroyed a generation of Cambodia's people. Kaing Guek Eav, also
known as Duch, was convicted of crimes against humanity and war crimes. Sr Denise
Coghlan is the Director of Jesuit Refugee Services in Cambodia and is currently running
