1Goal: World Cup Campaign for Education

(19 June 10 - RV) As the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa enters its second week, “1Goal,” a FIFA-supported campaign for education, has reached almost 9.5 million supporters.


“1Goal” is an initiative intended to use the popularity of football to raise awareness of the 72 million children currently being denied education worldwide.
