(05 May 10 - RV) In Arizona, two city councils yesterday voted for resolutions to
overturn the state’s controversial immigration enforcement law. Flagstaff and Tucson
are leading efforts to repeal the legislation, which requires local and state law
enforcement officers to question people about their immigration status if there's
reason to suspect they're in the country illegally. Andres Ruzo is the Former Chairman
