Pope Benedict XVI Sends Condolences to Russia after Suicide Attacks
(30 Mar 10 - RV) Pope Benedict XVI has sent a telegram to the President of Russia
expressing his deep sorrow and strong condemnation of what he called heinous acts
of violence after Monday's twin suicide bombings in the Moscow underground railroad.
The
Holy Father also sent his feelings of solidarity and spiritual closeness to the country,
and his condolences to the families of victims.
