World AIDS Day: Universal Access and Human Rights

(1 Dec 09 - RV) Tuesday is World AIDS Day. This year’s theme is "Universal Access and Human Rights."
In a speech to mark Aids Day, the South African President Jacob Zuma said that from April 2010, all children in the country under one year will get anti-retroviral drugs if they test HIV positive.
