Philippines Braces for Typhoon

(2 Oct 09 - RV) Filipinos in the likely path of a looming typhoon began evacuating today, as the toll from a storm that tore across Southeast Asia days earlier rose to more than 400. The country is still trying to recover, and Catholic Relief Services is helping. Laura Sheahen is working for CRS trying to make homes habitable again. She told us the situation is still bad.
