Pakistan's Fight to Reclaim Northwest Territories from the Taliban

(16 May 09 - RV) At least seven people were killed and about 30 wounded today in a suspected car bomb blast in the north western Pakistani city of Peshawar.

The blast came as the Pakistani military was battling Taliban militants in the north western Swat Valley.

The spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Pakistan is Sebastien Brack. He told us about the current situation on the ground.
