Elections in Somaliland

(03 Feb 09 - RV) The Catholic Development agency Progressio has been invited to coordinate international observers in elections to be held on March 29^th in the Republic of Somaliland.

Somaliand which is internationally unrecognised is located in Somalia’s northwest, declared unilateral independence from the failed Somali state in 1991.
