Piracy Off the Somali Coast Still a Concern

(10 Oct 08 - RV) A ship laden with cement was hijacked off the coast of Somalia today, while Somali pirates freed 20 Filipino seamen from another hijacked ship they held for more than 80 days.NATO today agreed today to send a 7 ship force to protect vessels of the united nations food programme against piracy.
