Humanitarian Crisis in Somalia Deepening

(11 July 08 - RV) The humanitarian crisis in Somalia is continuing to deepen, with drought, fighting and spiralling food prices having a devastating effect on the population. International Committee of the Red Cross spokesperson Nicole Engelbrecht expressed her frustration about the difficulties her organization is having getting aid to those in need.
