Zimbabwe Presidential Run-off Delayed

(15 May 08 - RV) Zimbabwe election authorities have said the presidential runoff between President Robert Mugabe and opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai will be held by July 31, extending the deadline for a run-off 90 days beyond its legal limit.
