Archbishop of Lahore Says Security is Key

(12 Mar 08 - RV) Archbishop of Lahore Lawrence Saldanha has urged Pakistan’s newly elected government to make security a priority.


The Archbishop was speaking in the aftermath of deadly twin bombs which targeted a police station nestled between Lahore’s Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and St Anthony Catholic school yesterday killing over 24 people. Workers from the national Caritas office were also injured in the blast.
