Lisbon Treaty to Recognize Religious Groups in the E.U.


(19 October 07 - RV) European Union leaders today adopted the draft a new treaty that they hope makes the twenty-seven nation bloc a more influential in world affairs. The so-called "Treaty of Lisbon" contains an article which gives religious groups the right to engage officially with the E.U.
