Climate Change Eating Up Aid


(1 Aug 07 - RV ) China’s meteorological association today blamed global warming for this year's weather extremes, which have led to more than 700 deaths from flooding and left more than seven million with little access to water. Madelene Helmer of the International Red Cross Red Cresent Climate Center says the distasterous impact of climate change is draining the recources of humanitarian aid agencies across the world.
