(17 July 07 - RV) Russia said today it would deliver an appropriate response to Britain's
decision to expel four of its diplomats. The Russian Foreign Ministry described the
UK’s decision as "immoral" and "provocative". The expulsion follows Russia's refusal
to extradite the prime suspect in the murder former KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko
in London in November. Expert in British foreign policy at the University of Birmingham
is Professor Scott Lucas. He says Britain’s action has been relatively mild.
