(11 July 2006 - RV) The World Heritage Committee has rejected a motion calling for cuts in Greenhouse gas emissions. Father Sean McDonagh is an author on environmental issues. He says the outcome was short sighted and believes global warming, if not tackled will have far-reaching consequences.
