(21 June 2006 - RV) North Korea wants talks with the United States over its planned
missile test, but Washington is ruling out any special talks over the issue. The
U.S. is joining South Korea and Japan by saying the test poses a grave danger. Phillipa
Hitchen spoke to Kathi Zellweger, who has spent the past decade overseeing humanitarian
work in North Korea with Caritas, the Catholic Aid and Development Confederation.
