Ousting the Coup

(27 February 06 - RV) Police in the Philippines have charged 16 people in an alleged coup plot over the weekend. Two soldiers and four legislators are among those accused. The country remains in a state of emergency since the military folied the plot on Friday. Archbishop of Jaro, Angel Lagdameo, spoke to us about the developing situation.
